Dianne has been with the Walters family business since August 2000, and with GM since 1994, where she started as a Financial Services Manager. Dianne leads and coaches her sales team, and has an incredible knowledge of the market. Dianne ensures that you are getting an exceptional product, but also an experience like no other in the automotive industry. Dianne leads by taking the time to personally get to know her team and individually provide them with everything they need to be successful. Chris joined the Selkirk GM in 2019 as a Sales Representative and quickly demonstrated his value as a productive team member. With a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in both the insurance and mobile industries, Chris has the expertise and skill set to lead Selkirk GM’s sales team effectively.

Growing up in Saint Boniface, Manitoba, Chris is a Franco-Manitoban who was educated in French and graduated from the University of Manitoba. His academic background, combined with his past work experience, has provided him with the essential tools to deliver exceptional customer service.

I am a devoted parent to two vibrant young boys, aged 6 and 4, who bring immense joy to my life. Beyond the demands of work, my greatest pleasure lies in embracing the great outdoors with my beloved wife and kids. My summers are filled with memorable moments at our cherished seasonal site in Netley, where we revel in boat adventures and create lasting family memories. With a decade of experience in the automotive industry, my professional journey in the car business has been both rewarding and enlightening.

Josh Isfjord started at Selkirk GM in February of 2016. His career began as a lot attendant/detailer and eventually worked his way into the sales department. Josh loves that he gets to meet new people every day; his priority is to find his customers the right vehicle in a fun and timely manner. Josh is a force to be reckoned with… it’s now been five consecutive years of achieving Selkirk GM’s top sales AND being rewarded with GM’s highest sales honour: Gold level in the Sales Marketing Guild. His customer satisfaction score rated by those clients comes in at an astonishing 98.9%.   When Josh isn’t selling something (which is almost always) he is likely watching the Kansas City Chiefs (Go Chiefs!) or spending time with his friends and family on the water in Petersfield.

Brittany has been with Selkirk Gm since April of 2018 and in that time has quickly established herself as an invaluable member of our sales team. Jason Dunlop started at Selkirk GM in June of 2018. In his time here, Jason has proven to be a dedicated and valuable team member. He strives to be as knowledgeable as possible. Not only for our valued customer but for the staff as well, as he is our go-to guy for product information!

Jason also achieved one of the highest honors from General Motors by receiving his bronze medallion in the GM sales and marketing guild in his first full year as a member of our team.

Jason has been a life long resident of Selkirk and takes pride in his community.

Laura is new to the Selkirk GM family, but certainly not new to sales. She is genuinely passionate about people and takes care of customers as if they are her own family. Nothing makes Laura happier than smiling people.
Laura graduated from the U of W where she majored in English and Psychology. She enjoys crafts, gardening, and cooking. Laura’s true loves are her husband, son and daughter.

I’m Brandon Balmer. I grew up in Selkirk and have been a part of the Selkirk GM Family for over 10 years. I started as a 9 year old kid running around the showroom to now working in Sales. I am very excited to be back at home that is Selkirk GM.

I started my sales career in 2020 and have worked with Hyundai and Toyota. I grew up locally in Selkirk and graduated from the COMP High School. In High School, I played for the Selkirk Royals and now currently help coach the Rebels AA Hockey

Laurie started working at Selkirk GM in 2017. You will find her assisting the sales team during the sales process, following up with customers, or reviewing a customer’s current vehicle to determine how they can upgrade. This is just a small list of things that Laurie does for us. She is amazing! Laurie has worked in customer service mostly in the hospitality industry. She spent many years in the wholesale Automotive Industry, and as a transport coordinator for rail. Laurie loves our team of professionals, and how we all support each other. She also appreciates the continued training management provides. When Laurie isn’t working, she is spending time with her 3 grandchildren, cooking/baking, or enjoying outdoor activities. She loves ice fishing! Laurie also loves watching the Winnipeg Jets play!

Tracey joined the GM Team in early October 2020. Tracey brings with her 25+ years of reception and customer service experience. 

Tracey likes the family feel and community involvement that Selkirk GM has. Being a lifelong resident of Selkirk, working at GM feels like “Coming Home.”

Tracey’s organization skills and attention to detail along with a great sense of humor makes her a great addition to the Selkirk GM Team.

When she’s not working you can find her spending time with the family, baking, fishing and when times were different at any hockey rink.

Jessica has recently joined the Selkirk GM family as an Executive Assistant.

She brings with her an Administrative Assistant degree. Jessica comes from a family business where she got her passion for business and customer care. She has many years of customer service experience and dealing with the public.
Jessica brings with her many years in the automotive industry. When Jessica is not at work she is
enjoying time with her son and the rest of her family by going camping, boating and snowmobiling.

Dawson is a dedicated team player who graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a degree in Business Administration. As a marketing specialist, he helps design, create, and oversee marketing projects. He specializes in advertising, promotions, social media and sales. When Dawson Is away from the office, you can find him at the hockey rink or on call as a volunteer fire fighter.
